I am looking for some methods to combine network data at different levels.
I have data of associations of individuals within groups (A and B are associated in group 1 and C and D are assocaited in group 2) and data of associations between groups (group 1 and group 2 are associated). However, when group 1 and group 2 are associated, I do not know whether A was present at this time in group 1. Moreover, data scoring for the individuals withing groups and the associations between groups was taken at the same time (durigng tow years) but not the same day.
So, I want to have an population network, mixing the neworks at the individual level (one network per group) and at the group level. I think about having some probabilities of associations or association index with confidence intervals (mean+/-sd).
Do you know some methodologies or papers doing this?
